a better k4tog and ssssk

I’m working with some 100% organic cotton yarn and had to work a k4tog and ssssk as part of the pattern stitch. Needless to say, it was a little tough trying to get the needle through the 4 sts to work the decrease.

So, I played around a bit and came up with a much easier way to work those decreases and they look pretty close to identical, I think. I thought I’d share my “ksp3s” and “s4p3sk” decreases in case it comes in handy in other patterns for anyone:
